Hello, I’m Zafeera!
Registered and Licensed Counsellor (KB11627, PA11240)
For years, I’ve been working with individuals who are doing their best to navigate life with ADHD. My work focuses on the person managing it, not just ADHD itself. I look beyond symptoms and labels because I want to understand you as a person, a person who happens to have ADHD!
ADHD shows up differently for everyone, which is why I believe the management should be personalised to the individual. What works for you, what doesn’t and what gets in the way, that’s what we’ll explore together. We’ll break things down and build them back up from the ground up to make sure they are practical, functional and sustainable for you.

Why The ADHD Outpost Exists
ADHD is tough. Going through it alone is even tougher.
Living with ADHD can feel like the world was not designed with you in mind.
And that’s even tougher.
The ADHD Outpost exists to give you the space to understand yourself. We’ll also find some practical ways for you to help you navigate your life. And those ways? Well, we’ll cater them towards you specifically. This is the reason why The ADHD Outpost was created – to create a place where ADHDers can take their time to pause, adjust and move forward.
Reset. Rebuild. Respawn.
What Makes The ADHD Outpost Different
The ADHD Outpost believes that living with ADHD shouldn’t be so isolating. Even though it feels like only the individual is experiencing it, that’s not exactly true, is it? ADHDers can actually find themselves in a hurricane of conflicts with themselves, people and their surroundings.
Nothing is right and everything is wrong.
Sometimes it feels like that.
Aside from that hurricane, The ADHD Outpost takes a broader approach by understanding the whole person.
The support goes beyond managing challenges and focuses on:
- Understanding the person beyond ADHD
- Supporting wellbeing alongside personal growth
- Developing practical approaches that fit real lives
- Creating spaces for reflection, connection and support
